Simi Sam brings a warm, people-focused approach to real estate, shaped by her previous career as a Registered Nurse. Caring for people taught Simi the importance of listening, understanding individual needs, communicating clearly and remaining calm and supportive during important life decisions. Having made the move from nursing into real estate, Simi is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout their property journey. As a mother herself, Simi understands how important it is for a family to find a place they can truly call home. She takes the time to understand what matters to each client and works with care, patience and attention to detail to help them achieve their goals.

Originally from India, Simi speaks English, Hindi and Malayalam, and can understand Tamil, allowing her to communicate comfortably with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
