Born in Lowry Bay and raised in the South Island, Theo returned to Wellington last year to pursue his career in real estate. Now an integral part of Team Des Smith at Ray White Kemeys Brothers, he brings a strong work ethic, an analytical mindset, and genuine enthusiasm to the team, helping our clients achieve their property goals. Theo is proud to be building his career in the region he first called home while adding immense value to the team's operations.

Holding a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Theo brings a unique, detail-oriented, and evidence-based approach to Team Des Smith. His analytical training allows him to carefully assess market data and think strategically, ensuring the team's clients receive exceptionally clear and confident guidance. Complementing this, he also holds a Certificate in Residential Lending. This specialised knowledge gives the team a distinct advantage, providing valuable insight into finance and the lending process to help our buyers and sellers better understand the full property journey.

With five years of customer service experience and exposure to several of Wellington’s top-performing agents over the past year, Theo strengthens the team's communication skills, professionalism, and client-first mindset. Outside of real estate, Theo maintains an active lifestyle and can often be found playing football, running, training at the gym, or enjoying a coffee at a local café.
