206 Whites Line East WAIWHETU, Lower Hutt City

This three bedroom property backing onto a reserve is awaiting a transformation into either your new family home or investment. Every once in a while you come across an opportunity like this one - a project for a developer or if you are looking for a suitable section to build, bring your builder and check this out.

The neighbouring section has been purchased with a new home soon to be built so you could join the neighbours by demolishing and building on the 675sqm site.

This great doer upper opportunity has potential to add value to the property and with plenty of scope to incorporate outdoor living overlooking the bush. Being at at the top end of Whites Line East you are surrounded by bush and birdsong and views out towards the valley.
